- A swimming pool within the residence, covered and heated, with half-height sliding windows opening onto a large terrace with sun loungers available. Closed from 04/11 to 22/12/2023 and from 06/01/2024 to 09/02/2024. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change by the residence.
- A lovely 15 m² garden with terrace, table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
